DoomCube.com goes to university… sort of.

News No Comments

A quick news flash for anyone who’s interested. Finally, after a lot of planning and research, I’ve just moved into a new office today. Yay! I’m now based in NUI Galway, in the Business Innovation Centre.

It’s nice digs if you can get them. The campus is a fascinating place, located by the river Corrib and home to some amazing architecture. It’s quiet here at the moment, which suits me, but that is subject to change in a big way once the students return in September.

I’m currently in the process of taking on somebody new to work with me, to help with the growing demand for my service. No customer left behind is my new motto. All things going well and DoomCube’s output will increase dramatically. The stamp of quality I’ve striven to create will be seen on more games by more players. So watch this space.

After a few busy weeks of paper work and the like, I can finally get back into making some game graphics. Phew! Lep’s World 3 is moving at a steady leviathan pace, and I’m really looking forward to when it’s released into the wild. Lep’s World facebook is looking awesome, too. It’s playing smoothly in the browser and really responds well to the keyboard. It’ll be interesting to see it released publicly.

That’s all for now, folks!
